Title of Position: Executive Housekeeper

Compensation: $95k to $115k

Job Description: The position of Executive Housekeeper will be a hands-on working supervisor responsible for performing all domestic household duties. The Executive Housekeeper will ensure the residence is clean and orderly while maintaining the owner's privacy, assisting the owners as needed. Establishing and upholding processes to maintain the home to the highest aesthetic and performance standards will be necessary for the Executive Housekeeper. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will also be responsible for making recommendations to improve and upgrade the level of detail, service, and operational sophistication. Assisting with coordination and oversight of special events, including set-up and post-event clean-up, will be required of the Executive Housekeeper.

Qualifications:

· Experience of 3+ years in the cleaning and maintenance of luxury establishments is required for the Executive Housekeeper

· For the Executive Housekeeper, a High School Diploma is required

· The Executive Housekeeper must have the ability to work alone with limited direction; flexibility in working extended hours and weekends as needed

· The Executive Housekeeper must have the ability to maintain a high level of strict confidentiality and professionalism

· A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required for the Executive Housekeeper
