Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations and campaigns. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of projects, conducting market research, maintaining client communications, and assisting with reporting and content development.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day marketing operations and project management
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare internal reports, marketing materials, and client presentations
Maintain updated databases and ensure document accuracy
Help manage timelines, deliverables, and team coordination
Participate in brainstorming sessions for strategy and content planning
Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling analytical reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing support role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
