This role will support our marketing and communications efforts across print, digital, and social media channels. This is not a remote position. Responsibilities Monitor print publications to ensure correct ad placements. Track invoices, billing, and insertion orders for advertising. Research and draft press releases, case studies, and marketing content. Create and schedule posts for social media platforms. Assist with layout and design projects (Photoshop skills are a plus; training available). Support the marketing team with general administrative and project coordination tasks. Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
